Moved to my brother's place in San Jose to learn the ancient craft of tattooing. Gots all my shits set up yesterday.

Project for a mural painting class I took. Everyone in the class makes an individual painting that's somehow related to the mural as a whole, and they all get shown at the unveiling of the mural. Still working on it.

It's a baby skeleton. Deal with it.

This is a photo of a mural that I did with my Dad back in high school. It's freaking huge, but I can't remember how huge exactly. I wish someone was standing next to it for size reference.

Redo

I painted this same image for my aunt a while ago but I liked it a lot so I thought I'd do another one but put more time into. I'm liking the cross hatching. It gives a similar affect as pencil shading but I don't have to collage different kinds of paper together.

Quickie

My friend's girlfriend wanted a painting similar to "She Killed in Ecstasy" but smaller and for $50. So I did this one. I thought it came out pretty good, simple but crisp.

Had a spur of the moment adventure with some friend's bands. Crammed myself into the back of a van and road down to California. Twas madness, really fun madness.

She Killed in Ecstasy

My roommate has this 60's sexploitation movie called "She Killed in Ecstasy", which I thought was a pretty badass title so I made a fake movie poster for it.

I think I liked it more without the black. Oh well, gauche and watercolor unforgiving.
